ABOUT THE POSITION
As an Operations Advisor, you will be a key player in the Payment Service SE team, which is part of the Transaction & Services business area, consisting of six colleagues. The role is perfect for you who want to combine your financial experience with complex processing. You will have overall responsibility for cases related to international payments and regulatory inquiries, where accuracy and integrity are business-critical. You will work closely with the business to optimize processes through LEAN and act as a bridge to the bank's back office in Lithuania and clients. Here, you are expected to work independently under your own responsibility, while being coached by an attentive manager who invests in your long-term career development.

You will be offered a developing and educational consulting assignment. If all parties are satisfied with the collaboration, there are very good chances of direct employment with the bank after 6 months.
JOB RESPONSIBILITIES
Responsibilities
The role involves handling various tasks related to payments and regulatory inquiries, including international payments and complaints. Great accuracy is required in complex cases, as well as working on projects to improve processes. Your main tasks will be:
- Payments & Complaints: Manage outgoing and incoming international payments and complaints via phone and email
- Regulatory Contact: Handle inquiries from financial institutions
- Process Development & LEAN: Identify improvement opportunities in daily work, update instructions, and contribute to efficiency
- Projects: Participate in regulatory projects and act as expert support in your area
WE ARE LOOKING FOR YOU WHO
- Has a degree in economics, law, or similar
- Has excellent knowledge of Swedish and English, both spoken and written
- Has previous experience in Payment and/or Card Services from a bank, financial institution, or fintech company
- Good system and data skills, including knowledge of Outlook and Teams
- Previous relevant experience in service
It is an advantage if you have:
- Experience in customer service handling similar issues
- Knowledge in handling regulatory inquiries
- Very good experience in a similar role within a bank or financial institution
- Knowledge of LEAN principles and process improvement
